In the running for the Champion Cheese, we have 32 magnificent competitors, all generally well-known and loved; they cover the range of purposely cultured dairy experiences, from the mild to the sharp, runny to hard, fresh to moldy, sweet to sharp to stinky! I’ve purposely diversified the conferences, so you will find something to love in each. There will be four contests per weekday, one from each conference, throughout Round One and the Sweet/Sharp/Stinky Sixteen; two days each devoted to the Elite Eight and Final Fromage; and finally, the Cheese Championship. Download a copy of the complete bracket for your own nefarious purposes.
